Starting in 1985 John Romm began a career in the building industry. Beginning in the commercial window, door and glass industry actively working on everything from small office buildings to high rise buildings. In the mid 90’s John made a transition into the home improvement building industry installing replacement windows, doors , siding, gutters and roofing. Having been involved in every aspect of the trade from Installation, sales, certified testing of products as well product design development and improvement.

With more than 20 years in the fiberglass business, Gil Gilman, owner of US Fiberglass and Gelcoat, has worked on thousands of projects in fabrication and laminant repair. Combining John’s home improvement knowledge and Gil’s experience in resin technology, they have brought to the Mid-Atlantic Region what is fast becoming the only sensible solution for flat roof construction and repair.
